Terms & Conditions

  • All classes will run in accordance with the latest Government or venue COVID guidelines.
  • For hygiene and allergy reasons food cannot be given to children in class. However babies can be fed if needed.
  • To ensure that you and your child aren’t distracted by your phone, please keep the use of phones to a minimum as it is important to fully supervise your child at all times. Please keep videoing and taking of photos brief and ensure it is only your child being captured on film.

Refunds:

Refunds will not be given if you no longer wish to attend, every attempt will be made to find an alternative class for you, or carry your payment over to the following term.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, such as illness, appointments, family events or holidays. Please use the pre-recorded Facebook online classes to catch up, or you will be able to catch up on a different day or send a friend in your place during the current term.

Cancellations: You will be notified by email of any short term or last-minute cancellations. Notices will also be posted in the private Facebook groups.

  • If a class is completely cancelled by the teacher, and you cannot catch up on a different day, a refund will be offered. Refunds take between 5-10 days to reach your account once processed.
  • If classes are cancelled short-term due to temporary circumstances beyond our control, such as a venue issue or bad weather, you will be directed to Zoom online classes or the Facebook online class.

Waiting lists:

If a space becomes available for a class you are on the waiting list for, we will book you into the class and send an invoice and several reminders. Please decline or accept and pay for the space within 7 days, after which we will cancel your booking, remove you from the waiting list and will assume you no longer need your space. You may be on more than one waiting list, and may be offered a space in more than one class, so please choose your preferred class and reject the other. You may add yourself to the waiting list again, or any other class at any time.
